Jimmy Babcock, an actor known for his true-to-life role as Racetrack Announcer in Flying Cars (2019), is the owner/operator at Hot Rod Hobbies & R/C Raceway in Santa Clarita, CA. Jimmy started off as a racer at Hot Rod Hobbies, then started helping out around the track. He was hired as store manager around 1997, and eventually ended up taking over as owner in 2005.
